The Journey & Evolution
My foundation began in Animation, Multimedia & Graphics at iLEAD College (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology - MAKAUT, West Bengal, graduating with CGPA 8.18/10), where I developed an obsession with motion, composition, and visual narrative. Early in my career at Fotografik Enterprises and Cimpress India, I mastered structured brand systems, prepress accuracy, and high-volume execution.
When I transitioned into Commercial Real Estate design at Gallagher & Mohan, I discovered my true niche: converting complex multi-million dollar property data and investor requirements into clear, institutional investment proposals.
Commercial real estate is an industry governed by numbers—Cap Rates, Net Operating Income (NOI), Lease Rolls, and Traffic Counts. Yet, the traditional way these numbers were presented was chaotic. I realized that by combining cartographic mapping precision with structured data grids, I could reduce buyer hesitation and directly accelerate deal flow for brokers.
Over the past 4+ years, I have crafted over 50 Offering Memorandums and processed thousands of spatial retailer maps for clients like Marcus & Millichap, Carter, Atlantic Retail, and Black Bear Capital Partners. My focus remains constant: eliminate visual friction so stakeholders can make confident, high-stakes decisions.
